When I was 18 years old, I was first diagnosed with Scheummans disease. I tried to lead a normal life. I felt as though I was healthy & a very sporty type. I even worked. Although it is now nearly 4 years ago that I was diagnosed with degenerative bone disease. In these past years, I've been feeling like a guinea pig with my specialist giving me different medications to try. At present, I am on a medication that does work but 1 doesn't. I have also been in hospital having treatment done. To some relief but only last for a few weeks.

This is my first time using this site, I must add. So any help & other advice would be appreciated.
