hip replacement revision

My 1st total hip replacement was 1 1/2 years ago. Then rehab and slowly getting better. Then pain again, not as bad as original but there all the time. That last April underwent 2nd surgery on that hip (was told that the cup moved and had to be replaced). Now 3 months later still in pain. Physical therapy doesn't help. Doctor says that after 2nd surgery recovery takes longer. I'm tired and angry with the whole world. Should I rest more or move more? Maybe I need MRI to make sure nothing went wrong?
If anyone else was in the same situation, please advice.
