    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    GETTING UP OFF THE FLOOR WHEN YOU HAVE 2 TOTAL KNEES

    I HAVE FALLEN A FEW TIMES, AND GETTING UP OFF THE FLOOR IS VERY VERY PAINFUL, DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON GETTING UP OFF THE FLOOR, PS. I ALSO HAVE A TOTAL HIP. ANY HELP OR IDEAS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

    I had both my knees replaced at the same time 5 months ago I am 43 so when I need to get up of the floor i scooch to brase my feet flip with my hads to get up. No its not pretty to watch but it helps
