Knee OA and hamstring stiffness
avatar
Anon_22455 posted:
I have been recently diagnosed with early stage OA in my right knee. I am 34 years old and extremely active. My doctor and I agreed that I should remain active. But I notice that I have a lot of tightness in the back of my right thigh when I do exercises and stretches that involve the hamstring. I am wondering is there anything I can do to get rid of the tightness? It is also cramping at times.

The OA is due to having a bad ankle from a severe sprain and talar fracture 4 years ago
