    I have oa in my knee from a break at age 3. My hip has been recently diagnosed with oa as well. I have sustained an injury in that as well in high school that never healed properly. Both on the right side. I have gained weight over the years and am currently dieitng. In the midst of a flare up I asked for another appointment hoping for some new exercise tips or physical therapy. I now have a list of exercises I can take him! Thank you! I have gotten my calories under control through the help of my dietician ( my cousin ) I am ready to move on past walking. anyhow just wanted to say thanks and I am just jabbering.
