Impression: Early Osteoarthritic changes are seen in the right knee joint.Possible fracture of lateral aspects of right pattella, would recommend skyline view""Unqoute

The advise and I have gone through 3 weeks POP cast from toe to thies. As the cast removed after three week, the next day I feel pain in the left toe and the adjoining finger , and swelling. I call Dr for the advise, why it is such so ,he advise me for Blood Uric Acid Test. and the report comes out at 7.6-which is high.
What to know , why is this in early age. and why as per the report Why Early Osteoarthritic changes are seen in the right knee joint.
THe Dr also advise me for Zycloric 300mg/1 tab per day for 2 months, and test after 4 weeks. Advise what to do.

3-2-2013 I always thought gout was a man's disease. Not any more.yes women can get gout very painful more dangerous if you have kidney disease like I do. First the doctor thought I sprained my ankle but the fluid went into my ankle and my leg. Foot/ankle was twice the size and very red.. I went to a foot doctor he told me the I had "Gout" I was shocked.I wore a mibile cast for 2 weeks the pain is horrific. My uric acid level is 11.2. Which is extremely high.I think my gout came from the fish oil I was taken. I don't drink or eat shell fish.I don't eat organ meat very little red meat. The best thing to do is to keep a journal of everything you eat. I know that even mushrooms and beans can give you gout. Have to do is research. Youtube is a good place to learn about gout.
