Hi, I have reflex sympathetic dystrophy in my right big toe and am medically in control. I take Lyrica, cymbalta and celebrex. I was recently told I have ostoe arth. in my right knee. I tow torn meniscus aand a small bakers cyst. I have in the last year and a half had three cortizone injections. Question does the pain continue at all times expecially at night? What do I do about it and what should I do for exercise?
