    Hip stiffness and tightness
    WILBURW posted:
I have had left hip surgery and replacement. I now have stiffness and weakness in both hips. It is difficult to climb stairs without holding on to rails. Are there exercises or remedies to loosen the stiffness? Are there medications that reduce the stiffness and allow for freedom in stair climbing?
