    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    Fractures, muscle pain, inability to do simple tasks or movements are one of the many frustrating complications of osteoporosis.

    What tips do you have for managing your pain? Do you use medication, physical therapy or massage?

    Share your tips for getting out of a car, getting out of the tub, reaching the top shelf, sneezing, coughing and other activities those without osteoporosis take for granted.
