    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    I was diagnosed with osteopenia a while back and used natural methods to get back my bone density . I take calcium suplments and did research on what to eat for strong bones and also do weight bearing exercise with a vest .
    this is the only way to re gain your lost bone mass , the drugs are not very safe.
    I love the site by Vivian Goldstein she has all sorts of yummy recipes that are good for bones
    and tons of info on bone health site called save our bones you should all check it out!
