I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my hips two years ago
my MD wanted me to take fosamax but I read on it and it sounded like it was not for me .
I read on healthy diet for strong bone and that using a weight vest can really help bones .
I got the one my therapist recommended by nyknyc , it's for women with osteoporosis . Very comfortable very attractive , long story short I have halted the progress of osteoporosis AND even more exciting I am gaining more bone mass , and its quality bone mass thanks to the nyknyc vest.
I recommend everyone to try this method for strong and healthy bone
