Ab exercise with osteoporosis diagnosis

I'm wondering what my possibilities are to flatten my abs when I have moderate osteoporosis.

The trick is to keep your back straight. Avoid crunches or pilates. You could lie on your back and do several things involving raising your legs. You could do chin ups or pull ups. You can slide down a wall to a sitting position and hold it while holding in your stomach. I'm sure you can probably come up with some others too. Just keep that back straight.
