Osteoporosis @ young age
MSutak posted:
Help, I am 32 yrs old and I have had a few medical issues in my "young" age, I had to have my very first Dexascan and it was determined that I have Osteoporosis so bad that if I cough wrong I could break a vertebra, they say my hips are fine but my spine is like wet tissue paper, does anyone have any recommendations for someone young like myself to either reverse (i know that its not really reversible) or prevent it from being worse?
