    Osteoporosis gone with weight vest
    twentyfirstcenturyfox posted:
I was told I had osteoporosis several years back . My doctor who is a female said she uses a weighted walking vest as weight bearing exercise is so important to rebuild bones . she said that even if I took huge amounts of calcium that without the weight workout it would be useless!
I got a vest she said to get one for osteoporosis that is made the right way as it was made by the medical community and designed by a group of medical doctors it is by NYKNYC. I got it and use it while I am at work - I work in a dept store and stand and walk about all day at the store so I wear my vest at work !
After a yr my MD said my bone mass has gotten better and to keep up the weight bearing exercise with weight walking vest by nyknyc
