My older brother and I were both born with this genetic problem as well. I'm wondering if it only passes down from one parent? We don't know much about our dads side having not been raised with him, but moms side and all the rest of the kids with our step dad do not have the problem. Maybe it's something that came from our biological father? I know he doesn't have the problem though.
