Susan Randall, RN, FNP-BC, MSN posted:
Moderation is key. If you enjoy soft drinks, try to limit your intake to no more than five per week. When you can, choose a calcium-rich beverage in place of a soft drink. Have a glass of low-fat or non-fat milk, calcium-fortified soy milk or calcium-fortified orange juice. Vitamin D is often added to many of these drinks which provides additional benefits to bone health.

Do I understand correctly that phosphoric acid and caffeine are only harmful in those who are calcium deficient?
