Fistula

Pristak posted:
My wife has been fighting ovarian cancer for 13 years and recently had a bowel obstruction and now has a fistula between the colon and the bladder. She can not have surgery because of the nearby tumors and too much scar tissue. Her oncologist said there is nothing more he can do, but just wondering if anyone is aware of some other unconventional, non-surgical treatment (medicines, laser, radiation, etc.....?) to repair the fistula.

My aunt is in the same situation, Dr not sure if he can repair the fistula with surgery for the same reasons. What happened in your wife's case?
