Confused by these symptoms

For the past few months, I've been dealing with the feeling of incomplete bowel evacuation, bloating that makes me look several months pregnant, frequent urination, pelvic pressure, painful intercourse, & dull lower back pain. I've had a CA-125 blood test, pelvic ultrasound, vaginal ultrasound, stomach x-ray, gastric emptying test, and a colonoscopy & upper GI - all of which showed nothing wrong. The doctors say it's probably just IBS, but I'm not convinced. I know my body and I feel that something is definitely wrong. In the last two weeks, the symptoms have gotten agressively worse - to the point where I feel lousy almost every day. Is it possible that all of these tests could have missed ovarian cancer ? How do I get the doctors to explore further ?
