ok, this is embarrassing but i asked my gyn about it and she said she had never heard of it. the symptom scares me as bloating is one of the signs of ovarian cancer but my dr. dismissed it, though not explaining it. I get gas pains and yet the air is expelled from my vagina. I do the knee-chest position and air can escape for 20 minutes. I am not mistaken that it comes from there. Has any of you ever experienced that?

Bloating is fairly common especially when tied to the menstrual cycle. Gastrointestinal issues oftentimes cause bloating. Another possibility is fistula or maybe rectocele. Ovarian cancer is quite rare in women without a strong family history. Lifetime risk is LESS THAN 2%.
