We've got a teether!

I was wondering why he would scream every time he wakes up or when he eats. he also pushes the bottle away when he eats. he's been doing this for the past couple days and I just couldn't figure out what was wrong with him until he bit my finger. he bites hard! i kinda figured he'd be full on teething soon because he started drooling like crazy when he was 2 months old. So I gave the nanny his frozen teethers for him and pick up something from the store like baby orajel or teething tablets? What did you all use?

Hi Jane!

Yay for teeth, but not for the pain! Alex didn't like teethers at all, so sometimes we gave him a really cold wash cloth to chew on. Thankfully he was a pleasant teether! Watch out when you start the tooth brushing!

Ooooh I like that wash cloth idea! he likes to shove burp cloths in his mouth so i'm sure he'll love the cold wash cloth. He's been a little better lately. maybe he's just getting used to the new feeling in his gums but he's still drooling like crazy and wants to chomp on things. fun times!

Fun fun. I hope he isn't in too much pain. Eliza cut her first tooth last wk. it's really sharp. She chomps on anything she can get her mouth on. So far she seems to be doing ok.
