Oh Caprice the things they added to the MKIII are stunning Like the Live view monitor is the same one on the 1d's and the MKII if you wanted Canon's wireless transfer to your network or GPS you had to sacrifice your Power Grip to do so, now its just a module that pops on to your hot shoe and your power grip stays where it belongs, they also added a vertical and horizontal in camera level, and the new 600 EX RT flash no more buying after market radio frequency poppers that fired the flash but did not exchange any info with the camera because without the popper it was line of site Canon solved that you can use optical or radio up to i belive 100 flashes controlled by one ST WR E3 module that does on your for shoe same thing as the ST E2 for the MKII but it adds wireless radio control. they also upped the resolution by almost 2 megapixels added 61 autofocus points moved the DOF button to where it should have been all along, and it uses both yes both at the same time CF CARDS & SDHC/XC so you can use one for RAW and the other for jpegs or one for HDvideo the other for photos or any combination you can think of so i did the only thing that was befitting that beast i put 256GB in each and set one for RAW and the other for jpeg there is nothing like the camera and the room to be able to save both at the same time even when shooting at 6 frames per second.
i also have a pre-order on the 24-70MM f/2.8L "II" USM
i had the original and it was a fantastic lens so i'm gambling that this is going to be stellar, I will let you know when i get it, was it worth the wait and the 2200$ i paid.
Peace
