Hello all, I am finally going to a new oncologist this friday 6/1... would he be the Dr. to do a Biopsy ? Or, I would need to go elsewhere ? And next Monday 6/4 is my pain management appt. ,,I really hope that he can help with my situation. My issue is a tumor in my spine, S1(sacrum),,. My ortho. Dr. says she believes it's benign, but I'm being nudged by my family and friends to go seek other opinions. Since the pain is horrible I definitely will, the pain woke me up @ 2:30am. Which is why I'm here posting at 3am. Wish me luck,, gp

Folks in that community might know better what doctor does what for cancer patients and be able to provide answers to your questions.
