along with everybody in this forum i too have had the chronic tickle in the bottom of my feet. I've tried so many things and it most doesn't work.

On a good note: 1 thing I've found work is having sex whenever my feet start to tickle, i just told my girl that "you may have to put up with me waking you up in the middle of the night a couple times a week" she doesn't seem to have a problem with that. I'm 23 right now and i get drug tested at my government job, so i can't result in the use of narcotics. when i was in high school i found that marijuana helped extraordinarily well. haven't been able to smoke in 6 years though so multiple times a week i have the tickle sensation come again.

Please! if anyone has any other ideas/tips/solutions i would love to hear them!

Im pretty sure I'm healthy, no nerve damage (i hope). but here is a list of possible causes/solutions I've noted reading this ENTIRE thread:

-Tramadol/Flexiril/Neurontin/topamax (doctor/medicine)
-B12 deficiency (take a B vitamin)
-anemia (take an iron supplement)
-sciatic nerve damage (stretch often or exercise)
-Ibuprofen (Do not take it)
-Use Icy Hot/Vicks/Goldbonds foot cream or variant
-Have Sex/masterbate

I will probably do all of this every night for a week, (besides the meds) and hopefully it pays off.
