Hurt right knee, now experience pain in left hip

I tore my right ACL and MCL 30 years ago, after surgery and a year on crutches I finally healed. However, I now experience acute pain in my left hip and ankel. Is it possible that bearing all my weight for a year caused something to go wrong with either my hip or my ankle?

Unfortunately no one can diagnose you online so you need to find a good Orthopedic Dr. and get the appropriate testing to see if there is anything that needs more treatment.
