The Great Outdoors

Being in pain and/or having a disability can impact how we live and work and our relationships. What about the great outdoors? Do you like getting out into nature and, if so, how do you manage to do that when pain or disability is an issue? And if you can't get outside, how do you bring some of that nature in?

What's your favorite way to connect with nature?
We must let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the one that is waiting for us.
