I had a neck fusion about 20 mos ago. I have severe foot and leg pain. The problem I am having, I also had a disectomy in my lower back first. So, I dont know if the pain is from my neck or my back surgery. I dont remember my feet and right hand hurting and burning like this from my back surgery. It got really bad after the neck fusion. My question is> Does any one out there have severe burning feet from neck surgery alone??? I know I had no choice, it had to be done.

What does your surgeon say about this? Are you in pain management? Have the surgeries helped to alleviate your chief complaints? I think it's possible that the muscles in your lumbar area are being put under much more stress, so your pain can be coming from that or your previous surgery. You need to ask your doctor or physical therapist.

I have had 2 major neck surgeriesand some of the symptoms you mention I can relate to!But, instead of burning feet I have Ice cold feet on and off!!I have had tingleing in my hands and feet,I'm sure that Nuerological!
I know what you mean about not having a chice when it came to neck surgery,me too!
