Irregular Shoulder Pain

Cecile2013 posted:
I play high school lacrosse and I am a goalie, so I have to throw very hard. I have noticed that since last spring, whenever I do lacrosse related activities I get a pain in the front, in between my collar bone and shoulder bone. It feels like the muscle is being pulled too tight. What can I do to fix it or prevent it?

See a good orthopedic or sports doctor, an MD who knows what to look for. See what he says. It is not worth being messed up at your age then going through life in chronic pain like we have.

Take care, Annette
