    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

I've suffered for 9 years with planar fasciitis. Spent hundreds of dollars on products. Had release surgery. desperate is a simple word but that i'm there. I've seen six different doctors and they have no solution. i'm told i'm is in five percent that can't be treated. There has to be hope. Anyone find a solution? How do i deal with the pain. i've done my part in losing weight but could stand to lose another 20 lbs before i'm at my ideal weight.

Keep at whatever you are doing to lose weight. It is a marathon not a sprint to quote a friend of mine.

I do not know what you and the doctors have already done, I am sorry, but I am not really familiar with chronic, long term PF. Have you seen a non-interventionalist pain management doctor?

    Take care, Annette
