I had 2 total knee replacements 3 weeks ago. I go for physical therapy and have to have stretching exercises at the very end. My question, or problem, is, does everyone have to go through that and has anyone said I can't do it anymore? I don't think I can take much more of this pain. when I get home all I want to do it sit or go to sleep.
Am I the only one who feels this way?

Physical therapy after a TKR is painful. However, that doesn't mean you can't tell them you want to stop. Speak up and communicate with the therapist. Don't let them do anything that you don't want them to do.
