Twice in a days time ,I had excruciating, immobilizing pain on my instep. The first time in the am, worked itself out within 30 minutes. The second occurrence in the afternoon was more intense and lasted several hours. I could not walk on that foot. The pain was unbearable
I had been having slight pain in my ankle( sprain).
Gout and blood clot have been ruled out.
