Sexual climax pain

Recently I started developing pain after climax. The pain extends from right groin up through the lower right abdomen & is SEVERE! I'm afraid to be intimate because the pain is so bad. It is relieved be stretching back but not eliminated. I have vomited a few times this past week & I run more or less constipated (not recently) due to multiple low back surgeries & pain meds.
