back pain osteopororsis
susannewelton posted:
I have been sleeping on a waterbed for years;now with my back issues I wondered if I should change to a regular mattress.
An_255018 responded:
If the waterbed is causing you pain, then it may be time to switch. Only you can decide what type of bed is right for you. Go shopping and lie on different types of mattresses and see what feels comfortable to you.

You may need an electric mattress pad to make up the warmth that you feel with the water bed, I know I did when I switched over. I only changed because my new husband felt uncomfortable on the waterbed, I would probably still be sleeping on one. That was over 25 years ago, so it was worth it to me, I am still married to the same man!!!

Take care, Annette
