Are you want currently prescribed meds post gastric bypass?
If so, your MD needs to know and make the necessary dosage adjustment.

Do you want to know IF it effects absorption or HOW it effects absorption?

Folks who had gastric bypass surgery have posted here and complained that their pain meds are no longer absorbed as they were prior to their surgery.

This is a question I would put to the surgeons before I consented the surgery. Not just for these types of meds, but for all types.

Take care, Annette
