    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

i know someone with a tooth that is in need of an extraction. the only thing is, he is afraid they're not going to give him anything for the pain or anything to subside the pain because he goes to a methadone clinic. is there anything they can give him besides tylenol or ib profin?

please let me know because hes suffering and doesnt want to get his tooth pulled and hes in dire pain. i hate to see someone suffer, and hes afraid to tell them that he's on methadone because they won't give him anything to take the pain away, or that they'll look at him differently.

I would say ask the methadone clinic what to do in this situation. They should know how the dentist will react or they can work it out with the dentist as in what to do.
