Good morning, everyone.

Yet another bright, sunny morning here in WNY. Going to 60 today. Rain coming in for Sunday, and I already feel it. Made a macaroni salad to have with fish fillets for supper today, then had my breakfast of coffee, eggs over easy, toast, enteric-coated aspirin and a muscle relaxer. My wonderful wife works until 4, eldest son works until 3, and the youngest works 6p-midnight.

Have a blessed and fantastic Friday, friends! :)

You are such a positive guy - I hope you stick around and continue to share!

I'm in pain today, but that's not new. I can't wait to see my boy when he gets home from daycare today. My husband is putting in extra time at the job, so he volunteered to take our guy to school, go to work, then pick him up on the way home so I don't have to drive. I'm still in bed, and will go to PT this afternoon, where I will say "massage only for me today, please". Just one of those days. Take care, B
