    Good morning, everyone.

Partly sunny and 64 degrees in Western New York heading for the 70's. They kept calling for severe thunderstorms over the weekend, but we only got a few showers. My wife and I spent a lot of time outdoors doing yard work. I was able to mow the lawns with some help from my wonderful wife. We had a fire going in our fire pit from Saturday morning through after 11 last night. Burned a lot of debris from the gardens, etc. Our waterfalls and ponds are up and running with no leaks and are very enjoyable.

I am very thankful to report that my pain levels have been pretty tolerable. About a 5 out of 1-10, which is very good for me.

I pray you are all doing well and managing your chronic pain as well as possible.

Have a blessed and marvelous Monday!

Hey there Dave, Happy Monday to ya!

I just wrote you a decent-sized reply and accidently hit Cancel instead of Submit. I think I'm a bit tired today. I don't know if I could write it all over again, but here are the highlights so you'll get the gist of it:

I am happy to hear of your low pain levels - take advantage but don't do too much!

Your yard/gardens sound spectacular; can you post some pics?

I'm looking for ideas on how to terrace our hill in our backyard. My son's swingset is at the top of the hill (daddy's building it now) and just to the left, below it, I would like to terrace but the earth here is difficult to work with. It's clay and rock. SO much rock and hard clay...I think we'll need some replacement "earth" (dirt) and a backhoe so my husband avoids hurting his back.

Well, if you can, post some pics of your ponds/gardens/waterfalls...sounds beautiful --and don't worry, there's plenty of room on the board...I'm thinking you would have to post one at a time. We are having that much activity here now, which makes me sad :( but that also could signify that many of the members are doing well and don't have any "issues" to report!
Talk to you soon, have a great one, B

OK, here it goes, the orange button "Submit"....
