Worried About My Lungs

Hi,

I haven't been in this community before, but wanted to ask anyone if they have had burning in their lungs and shortness of breath after walking fast just a little while. My lungs don't seem to bother me when I am casually walking but when I speed walk, they starting burning pretty bad so I have so slow down. I am a "young" 65. By that, I mean that I am young looking and acting but when I want to do activities that I still can do, my lungs burn.

I see my cardiologist and he says my heart is good. I got up to 134 bpm on the treadmill and he thought that was great but that was almost a year ago. Now I'm not so sure I could do it again without my lungs burning. My chest does not hurt, just burns.

Thanks for any info. I'm making another appt with my cardiologist.
