Aggressive toddlers in my son's playgroup

    travelingmommy posted:
My son is in a playgroup with 4 other boys. I have noticed 2 of them come up behind him and push him, which tends to make him cry. The other boys parents usually step in quickly to explain or scold that they should not do this. I am working with my son and his babysitter also to teach him to speak up for himself if this happens, but mostly he tends to avoid the other children. Any constructive advice?
