    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

My son has had loose stools of varying consistency for about 8 days. It caused a diaper rash. I have talked to the Dr. and they say as long as he is not dehydrated and not bleeding that it will probably run its course. I am wondering if anyone else has an issue. Most of his life he has had mushy poop with occassional hard solid like poop. but 75% of the time its like mushy greenish finger paint or something. But then it has been blowing out of his diaper and he had a diaper rash. He acts fine other then nasal drip.

Try giving him apple sauce, bananas, and cheese. All are binding and will help with the loose stools. Also, try not to give him too much juice as the sugar will cause the loose stools to continue.
