My 2yr old won't speak

My child is two and only says momma, dada and poop. Should I be worried.

Yes. I would have your child evaluated. Talk to your pediatrician about early intervention services. My DS is speech delayed and speech therapy was covered by the state until he turned 3 and when he turned 3 by the school district.
