Better naps
avatar
ncmomandlawyer posted:
Hi All. I posted some time ago about my 4 month old not sleeping at night. Well, we sleep trained her and now she sleeps fairly soundly through the night.
However, during the day she will only take little 45 minute cat naps. She is CONSTANTLY tired. How do I get her to nap longer? Should I let her CIO until she has been in her bed for a full hour?
(Oh: when I put her down for her naps she goes into her bed awake, but tired and puts herself to sleep)
