What is a good otc med for nasal congestion? My 5 1/2 month old just finished antibiotics, and his pediatrician felt that it would clear everything up; but he still sounds a little congested and he has a dry cough.

You can't give any otc meds for nasal congestion for a baby that young. I would suggest saline drops and using the bulb suction which my son hated but it helped. And a humidifier would help with the dry cough.

saline drops and humidifers are definetly helpful in this situation. Also, if you take baby in the bathroom, run a hot shower and close the door, the moisture will help clear up.
