Sunday — grilled fish, salad, mashed potato (for DH and DS), corn, green beans
Monday — eat out - Mexican
Tuesday — eat out — probably sonic
Wednesday — grilled chicken, sweet potato, veggies
Thursday — Pork chops, rice, veggies
Friday — Pasta with marinara, garlic bread, salad
Saturday — Chili
I hate to eat out today and tomorrow, but we have to drive to MIL tonight so we can borrow a car for getting to work tomorrow. I got a big crack in my windshield this morning while driving to work. The mobile repair van will be in my area tomorrow so they are supposed to come to our house to replace the windshield tomorrow while I am at work, unless it rains. They would come to my work and do it, but since I work in a different state they said it would take about a week. I wish me and DH could carpool for tomorrow, but we both work about 40 min. from the house in opposite directions and different hours.
Monday - pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy
Tuesday - Tatertot casserole and veggies
Wednesday - Ham, mashed potatoes and gravy
Thursday - eat out since I have a doctor's appt
Friday - Pizza casserole (new recipe)
Saturday - Lasagna
Sun: Ham balls, tater tots, green beans
Mon: Angel hair with artichokes, shrimp, fruit
Tues: Leftover ham balls
Wed: baked chicken, not sure about sides yet
Thurs: either leftover chicken or maybe pizza
Fri: salmon, rice, salad
Sunday - General Tso's chicken
Monday - Baked mac n cheese with broccoli
Tuesday - Honey mustard salmon and spinach with parmesean
Wednesday - Apple braised chicken
Thursday-Saturday - DH is out of town so we'll just do small bites.
