Wednesday — Baked chicken & roasted veggies
Thursday — ? Not sure yet …..either leftovers or breakfast

We've had some misses this week so far:

Saturday- Bleu cheese chicken burgers (so gross)
Sunday- Asian crab salad (not so tasty)
Monday-Apricot turkey and sweet potatoes
Tuesday-Chinese chicken salad
Wednesday-Bison steak and veggie
Thursday-Chopped Greek salad
Rest of the week, DD and I are in AZ!! Woot woot!

Sunday - new recipe with pasta, chicken, velveeta, Rotel and veggies. DH and I loved it, Shae said it was "asgusting" and ate only a couple tiny bites.
Monday - Tacos
Tuesday - Hamburger Helper
Wednesday - dinner with my parents
Thursday - cannot remember for the life of me
Friday & Saturday we're travelling so we will be eating out

Sat: Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, corn bread and green jello with fruit.
Sun: Enchiladas
Mon: Creamy sausage stew, whole-wheat dinner rolls, fruit
Tues: Grilled pork chops, rice, salad
Wed: Leftovers
Thurs: Homemade pizza
Fri: Salmon noodle casserole, green beans
