Stomach problems

My daughter has seemed to have stomach issues non stop for the past three years. It always changes from constipation, to diarrhea to vomiting. She's lactose intolerant, but other than that, she has not been diagnosed with anything and her pediatrician doesn't seem concerned. I however, am. Is this normal? I don't know if i'm over-reacting, or if i should demand they run test? Has anyone had any of these issues with their babies?
