My son is 8 he is in first grade again.He has struggle with reading for a while this year we are trying everything we can to help him.But last week his teacher called me in to talk to me.She told that they think he might have ADD,Me and his teacher answered some questions took it to the doctor and he said we start him on medicine but just dont know if i should.I need help to help him

If he does have ADD, the medication will help him tremendously. It's not something he'll ourgrow or get over.
