When is YOUR bedtime?

Has it changed over the summer?

I went to sleep at 9 pm last night! And I still feel tired. Are any of you late night owls? Or do you go to bed at "grandma time" as my DH likes to say....

Ideally, I try to go to bed between 10-10:30PM. But often I am up until 11- there are just not enough hours inthe day.

Although I have never gotten into bed at 9PM, I have fallen alseep on the couch while watching tv at that time plenty of times since having DC!!

I try to be asleep by 10:15 to 10:30. Though we are usually in our room about 9:00. Our kids bedrooms are right by the living room so if we are up they try to be too.

The boys bedtime has moved to between 8pm-9pm for summer. During the school year it was 7:30.
I can already see it will be a tough transition so before school I will push bedtime up a bit. I think they will be fine now with 8pm though.

During the school year it was 7:30. <br />I can already see it will be a tough transition so before school I will push bedtime up a bit. I think they will be fine now with 8pm though.

Depends on what's on tv. Sometimes we're up until 10p watching tv but sometimes we're so tired we'll record whatever we usually watch and go to bed. Weekends we might be up a bit later but not usually.

The kids have the same bedtime as they do during the rest of the year. DS (4) goes to bed at 8p and DD (2) goes to bed at 7p.

I guess I'm the granny. I am usually in bed by 9:00 and asleep by 9:30. But I get to work at 7am. If I can get a workout in before work than I am up really really early - so by 9pm I'm just done.
