Kids leftovers from breakfast - 1/2 bagle, 1/2 banana and a few bits of whole grain waffle.

Today, I ordered from Freshii. I try to keep my lunch at less than 300 calories. So I got a streamed a rice noodle bowl with carrots, broccoli, cilantro, and bean sprouts with Sriracha on the side, which comes in at 280 calories. I have to say I would like more veggies and less rice noodles.

I ate some raw (a lot) broccoli and carrot sticks, 4 small slices of cheese, a double stuff Oreo, and glass of Diet Dew.

I eat cheese every day. It's my 'go to' lunch.
