    Finally Starting to Potty Train

DS will be 5 in less than a week and isn't potty trained and until now hasn't shown any interest. Yesterday, my mom was watching him and she said he refused to put on a diaper so was just playing outside in shorts with no diaper when suddenly he ran in the house saying "pee" and went pee in the potty chair. When he got home, he did it two more times. Unfortunately, it didn't translate to #2 so we had to change his shorts. I put a diaper on him and a bit later, he'd taken off his diaper to to pee in the potty chair instead of in his diaper. We were very excited. I put a pull-up on him this morning and we'll see how he does at grandma's today.

    WooHoo!! This is exciting news.

Colby did that right before he turned 3. It took a few weeks for him to get #2 down. He was the easist of my kids to potty train. He did it when he was ready. I actually thought he was my last so wasn't in any hurry to potty train him.
