Mine turned out pretty well. I will adjust it next time a bit since I do want it a bit thicker. Elizabeth didn't like it, but that's probably because I didn't add any sugar. For my first try, though, it was pretty good!

Can post the recipe or a link? I'm curious. I think instead of sugar I would add fruit & the above recipe calls for vanilla

I think the vanilla is a good idea. I found another recipe that adds maple syrup. That sounds really good, too.

This is the recipe I used. I used skim milk, but I bought 2% to make it this time.

-Heat 42 oz milk to 180*. Then cool to 110*.
-Mix 6 oz plain yogurt into milk. (Once you make the yogurt, you can then use that as a starter next time.)
-Let it sit at 100* for 10 hours. (I bought a yogurt maker, but you can use your oven. I just didn't like the idea of having my oven on that long.)
-Cool in fridge for 3 hours.
